What is your return policy?

Warranty Promise: 1-year limited hardware warranty provided. 

Return Policy: Unopened products can be returned within 14 days (shipping costs borne by the user). 

Disclaimer: Returns are not accepted after activation. Damage caused by human factors or improper use is not covered by the warranty.

Return Period: 14-day limited return

-Returns only accepted for unopened items: Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.

 - No returns after opening: No free returns once the product has been used or activated. 

- Returns for quality issues: Returns and refunds are available for non-human-induced quality issues found within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping Cost Rules

- Returns for non-quality issues: The buyer is responsible for two-way international shipping costs. 

- Returns for quality issues: We cover the shipping cost for replacement.

2. Warranty Terms

Warranty Period

1 year (1 year from the date of **backer** receipt of the product, valid only for the original purchaser. Crowdfunding order records are required as warranty proof.) Free repair service is provided.

Warranty Coverage

- Defects in materials and workmanship of core components such as the main control board 

- Functional failures under normal use

Non-warranty Coverage:

- Man-made damage: Dropping, impact, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly 

- Improper use: Operation not in accordance with the instructions, overloading 

- Cosmetic wear: Normal wear and tear, scratches

 - Force majeure: Damage during shipping (users are advised to inspect the product upon receipt), natural disasters

 - Accessories & consumables: Housing, charger

 - Software issues: Failures caused by user flashing or modifying the system

3. Kind Reminder

1. The product requires activation via the App for first use. Activation is regarded as "unpacking and use", and the right to return without reason will be automatically forfeited. 

2. This warranty is only valid in the country/region of delivery destination; global warranty is not supported. 

3. Any customs duties involved in returns shall be borne by the user. 

4. Burden of proof: The user must provide an unboxing video as necessary evidence for quality issues.
